This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs any and all data collection and usage by Company when You use Our Services and is designed to  help inform you about the information Company may collect, who We might share it with and how we protect it. By using the Service, You acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

Interpretation and Definitions

All capitalized terms used herein and defined below shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Policy.  The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

    2. Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Gembah, Inc., a product innovation company, with offices located at 908 E 5th St #109, Austin, TX 78702.
    3. Cookies  means small files which are stored on Your web browser that hold a modest amount of data (including personally identifiable information), specific to You, mobile device or any other device by a website, containing the details of Your browsing history on that website among its many uses.
    4. Services means those online services provided to You by Company, including use of Our Website.
    5. Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person.
    6. Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

    1. While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You.     2.   1. Tracking Technologies and Cookies
    1. We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on Our Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze Our Service.

    2. The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes and to satisfy applicable legal requirements.

    2. YOUR CONSENT TO THIS POLICY FOLLOWED BY YOUR SUBMISSION OF SUCH INFORMATION REPRESENTS YOUR AGREEMENT TO THAT TRANSFER.
    3. The Company will take those steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy.

    1. Business Transactions.  If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Policy.

We cannot guarantee its absolute security and by providing us with your Personal Data, you are waiving any claims of any kind or character against Us arising from or otherwise subject to this Policy.

Children’s Privacy

  1. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We will comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, as the same may be amended from time-to-time.
  1. We also may limit how We collect, use, and store some of the information of Users between 13 and 18 years old. In some cases, this means We will be unable to provide certain functionality of the Service to these users.
  1. If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent’s consent before We collect and use that information.

Your Rights with Your Data

  1. Depending on Your country of residence, You may have legal rights in Your data maintained by Us.  These rights are subject to exceptions and limitations pursuant to applicable law, which may include Your right to: access Your data; correct Your data; erase Your data; and withdraw Your consent previously given to process Your data.

  1. We reserve the right to update our Policy from time-to-time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the updated Policy on https://gembah.com/privacy-policy.
  2. You are advised to review this Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
